There are two main reasons that you should buy from us. First, refurbished devices usually can save you a fortune. Ideal for school or University learning devices for your kids. Secondly, if you care about the environment, buying refurbished rather than brand new is a great way to help the planet. Reusing rather than recycling a phone for its parts is a great way to prolong its lifespan, and if you’re conscious about your carbon footprint and being greener, buying refurbished will help you do your bit to lower consumption.
What are refurbished/renewed devices?
A refurbished/renewed device is a used, authentic device that has undergone intensive testing and inspection to ensure it is in good working condition. Some devices may have surface scratches or scuffs, but this will in no way affect their function of them.
What’s the difference between second-hand online and refurbished devices from Good Gadgets?

Here are a few differences that list below:

  1. Warranty: Our renewed devices are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee and up to a 12-month warranty, so you don’t have to worry if something goes wrong.
  2. Tested and inspected: All devices go through an inspection process testing all aspects of the devices to ensure everything is working before shipping out.
  3. A team you can trust: Good Gadgets teamed up with a local supplier and Phone Medic who has been in business for over 20 years to ensure we provide the best customer services and device quality.
My device is out of warranty, do you do repairs?
Yes. At Good Gadgets, we teamed up with Phone Medic’s technicians in Milton, Brisbane that can quote and repair all devices for you.
Can I send my device for repair?
Yes, of course, you can. Please call 07 3368 1772 or email repairs@phonemedic.com.au to get more information.
Do you have a retail store, if so, where is your store?
Yes, we do have a retail display and services store in Phone Medic 105 Milton Rd, Milton QLD 4064. You are welcome to pop in and shop any time between their business hours.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, of course, you can. We provide pickup options during checkout.  As we are based in Brisbane, orders can be collected from our agent list below:

Once your order has been processed, we will email you to let you know your order is ready for collection.
How quickly will I receive my device once it has shipped?
In most cases, orders are dispatched the same or the next business day. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order tracking notification via email.
Shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on your location and the delivery company.
I’m not happy with my device, can I return it?
Yes. As long as the phone is in its original condition the phone can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund (buyer pays for postage). A 25% restocking fee may be applicable.
My device has arrived DAMAGED or WRONG, what should I do?
Contact us immediately via email at devices@goodgadgets.com.au  or call 07 3056 0206 M-F 10 am-5 pm AEST. Our team will assist in providing a resolution.
